Something to read

Since there are many very interesting blogs about tea, I decided to share some of my favourite articles.

2008 tea production and price
Imen, owner of Teahabitat wrote about current weather in China and how it affects tea production. I really like her enthusiasm and huge knowledge about tea, especially Dan Cong oolongs. And when she wrotes, that the tea production will be bad, I'm starting to tremble.

The Zen of Wenxiangbei
Hobbes, autor of The Half Dipper wrote this article about wenxiangbei - smell aroma cup. I just love it. I hope, one day I will be able to write something like this - with worst grammar, of course :-)

Long live the Republic
An interesting insight on tea history and chinese history by MarshallN.

Isn't it wonderful the way the internet gives us access to the thoughts of such gifted people as well as access to such great teas. These are probably the best years ever for people who like tea and like to talk about tea.

That's absolutely true. And also internet is a chance to learn about tea in countries, where tea culture is none or morphed.

On the other hand, the acceptation of tea raised it's prices.
